About the Assignment
We at Libera are helping our client find the right candidate for the role of Working Foreman with responsibility as Andon Coach in the machine workshop. This is a hire-to-buy service, which means you will initially work via our staffing agency and then transition to direct employment with the client. The role is combined, approximately 60/40 between administrative tasks and operational production work.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Working Foreman who will lead, plan, and participate in daily work within CNC machining. You will ensure that manufacturing orders follow the production schedule, maintain quality, and develop production through continuous improvements. You will become a key person in driving both people and processes forward.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead and distribute work within the machine workshop
• Ensure manufacturing orders are delivered on time according to schedule
• Develop staff competence and contribute to a good work environment in line with company values
• Maintain order and drive improvement work in the machine department
• Participate in operational work when needed
• Responsible for planning time off in consultation with Production Manager
• Serve as Andon Coach according to job description
• Lead morning meetings with team leaders
• Daily reporting to Production Manager
• Conduct development and salary discussions with machine operators
• Participate in new recruitment together with Production Manager
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with good technical understanding and a practical approach. You enjoy being close to operations and are motivated by developing both people and processes.
We prefer candidates who have:
• Experience in CNC machining and machine programming
• Production leadership experience
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and control systems like Siemens 840D and Mazatrol
• Good blueprint reading skills
• Forklift certification
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Precision, accountability, and ability to build trust
• Service-oriented and proactive working style
Position
The position is located in production, and you will report to the Production Manager. You will start via Libera, with the intention of transitioning to direct employment with the client.
