We are currently seeking more Team Members who want to work as store sales associates in our retail pool for Hemtex and MQ in Skövde. As a Team Member, you will be employed by us at Retail Staffing and will work on behalf of our client. You will be connected to a retail chain and will move between the chain's different stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself through our app for shifts that fit your schedule.
As a sales associate, you will participate in all regular store tasks such as cashier sales and floor sales, customer service, inventory management, and stocking. As a sales associate, you always provide a great customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as part of a team with your colleagues in the store.
Experience/Qualifications:
• It is a REQUIREMENT that you have another main occupation for at least a year going forward. This may be in the form of studies at least 50%, part-time employment at least 50% (need-based or hourly employment does not count), or being a self-employed individual with active business tax.
• You have completed secondary education.
• You have previously worked as a sales associate with personal sales experience in retail.
• It is a REQUIREMENT that you can work at least 2 shifts during weekdays in the daytime per week, with the possibility to work weekends and evenings.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
