About the Role

Do you want to work in cleaning – on your own terms – while making a difference in people's daily lives for both the elderly and younger generations? We are now looking for several new colleagues to join our team!

You can freely choose the assignments that suit you best. These can range from simple cleaning tasks for private clients to larger assignments for various companies. Many customers need recurring help with cleaning at home – sometimes weekly and sometimes once a month. Others require assistance with individual tasks such as deep cleaning or window washing occasionally. Most cleaning assignments do not require any special prior knowledge – but we provide you with an introduction including checklists and routines, so you can feel confident in organizing your work to ensure that important aspects are not missed.

Responsibilities

• Home cleaning for private individuals, sometimes with additional tasks such as window washing or small moving cleans
• Cleaning for companies and offices
• Adapting to the customer’s needs – sometimes working alone, sometimes with a colleague
• Contributing to creating clean, pleasant environments

Requirements

• Are 55+ or a retiree looking to continue contributing with your commitment
• Want to create comfort and joy in people’s homes
• May have previous cleaning experience, but this is not a requirement – the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to do a good job
• Have basic computer skills (e.g., for time reporting) and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
