We are now looking for more nursing assistants for temporary positions at Staffing Services! **What Do We Offer?** - An introduction tailored to your previous experience and competence. - You will start with an introduction in one department but will eventually have the opportunity to work across several somatic departments. Placement will be based on where the need is greatest within the organization and your prior experience. - Utilizing the TimeCare Pool booking system, you can schedule your shifts based on your availability, allowing you to control when you can work. We offer temporary employment where you as an employee need to be able to work at least four shifts per month. **Job Responsibilities** As a nursing assistant, you will work with personal care and rehabilitation interventions directly involving patients, including taking samples, monitoring, and reporting. Staffing Services' mission is to cover shifts during acute short-term absences across Sahlgrenska University Hospital. **About You** - You are a formally trained nursing assistant. - You have at least one year of experience working in a hospital. - You have experience with monitoring tasks such as sample collection, pulse, and blood pressure. As a person, you are service-oriented and flexible. You have a genuine interest in people and a strong commitment to your work. Since you have the opportunity to work across various areas, you need to be a good team player with an open-minded approach to new environments and work groups. This means that you will need a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title of nursing assistant in healthcare and social services. For those offered a position with us at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, this means that the title in your employment contract will be "care assistant" instead of nursing assistant.
