We have a pleasant and modern dental clinic with 10 rooms within Praktikertjänst. The clinic has three different teams with staff in Solo group. We have fully digitalized OPG and CBCT. We provide adult dental care and are centrally located in Stenungsund with good communication. 💼 About the Role We are seeking a licensed dentist with at least 3 years of experience who wants to take greater responsibility – both clinically and organizationally. Your Tasks Clinical work as a dentist with personnel management including leadership, development conversations, and salary discussions. Recruitment and skills development, workplace environment responsibility, and business development. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is a licensed dentist with 3-5 years of experience Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Is a confident, communicative, and engaged leader passionate about high-quality dental care and a positive work environment. 👥 About the Team We are a cheerful and relaxed group with mixed ages working in 3 teams with delegated responsibilities. Team members are driven by improving work methods and growing within their profession and as a clinic. As Clinic Manager and Part-owner Praktikertjänst has a unique ownership model where those who provide care also own the company. We are proud to have Sweden's most satisfied patients. You will be responsible for the daily operations of one of the teams. Within Praktikertjänst, you'll have access to a network of specialists in various areas such as security, legal, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telephony, quality, communication, procurement, pension, and environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the unit's results, which involves creating a budget and being accountable for the financial outcome.
