Application Specialist

Job Description Randstad Digital is now seeking an application specialist for one of our clients. You will primarily work with a document management application. Here you will work closely with senior specialists in a role that evolves over time. Initially, you will receive an introduction to the systems, work with configurations, maintenance, and user administration and authorization management. In the long term, it may also become relevant to work on projects planning and conducting training. This role is perfect for someone new to the industry, who has studied computer science or similar and is interested in working with system administration. This role is part of our consulting business with the aim of being offered employment with the client. Responsibilities We are looking for someone with an education in computer science, system administration, or similar. You may have worked in customer service or support and have experience in communication and helping users. If you also have knowledge of complex systems such as business systems, CRM, quality management tools, or similar, as well as data analysis and statistics, that is a plus. In this role, you need to be fluent in English and communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and you need to be analytical and able to translate customer requirements into reality. The work also requires a structured approach; you need to be able to plan and systematically carry out your work to maintain high quality.
