Application Consultant

Junior Application Consultant Role Description We are seeking a junior application consultant (level 2) who wants to work with development, testing, and operation of cloud-based solutions. You will be part of a team responsible for application management, integrations, and authorization administration in an environment with high demands for quality and service. Scope: 100%. Work method: hybrid. Responsibilities • Manage and configure applications and associated integrations. • Handle permissions, incidents, and changes according to established processes. • Participate in planning, testing, and deployment of changes and releases. • Document configurations, flows, and routines. • Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure requirements and interfaces. • Contribute to ongoing improvement of platforms and working methods. Requirements • Post-secondary education in IT/system or application operations, or equivalent experience. • Basic understanding of cloud and application operations, integrations, and configuration. • Experience with incident and change management in platforms like Jira or ServiceNow. • Good communication skills and ability to work structured in a team. • Excellent Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Merits • Knowledge of the ITIL framework. • Experience with low-code platforms with supporting scripts, e.g., SQL. • Experience supporting financial processes and systems (e.g., OneStream, treasury solutions, Nomentia, or similar). • Experience with project work in management or development teams.
