We are now seeking an Application Advisor & Project Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our global clients in Stockholm. The role combines strategic advisory work with practical project management, where you will guide the business in application selection and implementation while driving onboarding and implementation activities forward.
The Assignment
As an Application Advisor & Project Manager, you will:
Be a strategic partner to the business and identify needs and challenges early on.
Act as the primary contact for onboarding and implementation inquiries.
Provide guidance on Application Lifecycle Management – processes, governance, and tools.
Lead and coordinate projects for evaluation, implementation, and deployment of new applications.
Ensure clear communication regarding responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, information meetings, and produce documentation.
Ensure that work adheres to governance and compliance requirements and that reporting is of high quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement by developing checklists, templates, and processes.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in Application Lifecycle Management or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within application or IT implementation.
The ability to understand and translate both technical and business-related needs.
Strong communication skills and experience leading workshops and meetings.
The ability to create clarity and engagement among various stakeholders.
A natural drive to develop and streamline processes.
