About Apoteket Lyviksberget Apoteket Lyviksberget is a newly established pharmacy in a growing commercial area in Ludvika. We are four people working here today and we have a close collaboration with Apoteket Liljan in Ludvika center. Working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10-19, Saturdays 10-17, Sundays 11-16. Your Role Our pharmacy technicians always work with care, quality, and customer needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. Depending on interest and appropriate competence, the role of inventory manager or sales leader may also be included. What You Will Do: • Assist pharmacists with prescription medications. • Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs. • Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us. • Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together. • Stay updated on our product range and campaigns to provide customers with the best possible help. • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the work environment and customer experience at our pharmacy.
