Your role as Pharmacy Manager for Kronans Apotek in Ulricehamn
We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Pharmacy Manager for our lovely pharmacy in Ulricehamn. The pharmacy is located near a healthcare center in a quiet and pleasant area with many friendly customers.
As Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and work alongside a competent and collaborative team consisting of both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with prescription authorization.
You are a confident and present leader with both drive and commitment, motivated by creating results through others. The role is both strategic and operational, involving overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strengthening the business and creating motivation and engagement within the team.
- Ensuring the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality.
- Managing finances, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Initiating and developing local collaborations and relationships in the surrounding area.
- Having full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality.
- Ensuring effective staffing through efficient scheduling.
- Attracting, recruiting, retaining, and developing employees at the pharmacy.
- Leading and developing the business and team towards set goals.
- Promoting participation and a positive group dynamic at the pharmacy. The work environment is very important, and one of our core values is "Together"!
The pharmacy is open from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. You will report to Susanne Parfält, Regional Manager.
We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or has another relevant background in retail. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a Pharmacy Manager with us. To thrive in this role, we hope you can easily engage others and contribute to team motivation. Since you will be working towards clear goals, we appreciate that you are structured, positive, action-oriented, and solution-focused. You will have the support of a strong regional and service organization, as well as colleagues across the country.
