About Apoteket Lärkan Forshaga is a small and pleasant municipality just north of Karlstad, where our pharmacy plays a crucial role as the only one in the area. With a central location between ICA and Coop, we are easily accessible to both customers and healthcare personnel, providing a varied and meaningful customer interaction every day. Your Role As pharmacy manager, you are responsible for results, overall operations, and driving the business forward. You lead and develop the business and the people around you – always with quality, care, and customer needs at the center. Through your leadership, you ensure that the team has the right conditions to feel well, be satisfied, and provide our customers with the best possible help and advice. What You Will Do: As the responsible manager for Lärkan pharmacy, you have a key role in shaping an operation where care, quality, and responsibility permeate every day. By leading with commitment and clear direction, you create conditions for both employees and the business to develop. • Lead and support your team, with an engaged leadership that creates security and satisfaction. • Ensure high quality and patient safety, so that customers always receive professional help and advice. • Actively work on improvements and development, both operationally and strategically, to strengthen the business and customer experience. • Collaborate across departmental boundaries, share knowledge, and contribute to developing Apoteket's entire operation. • Take initiative and drive change, both in daily operations and in long-term projects to meet future needs. To thrive and succeed in the role, we seek someone with a clear and engaging leadership style, and a genuine interest in developing both people and the business. • You are a licensed pharmacist • You preferably have experience in a leadership role, such as LMA, sales leader, or similar function • You are a secure and inspiring leader who engages and develops the people around you. • You are easy to collaborate with and communicate clearly and openly. • You are solution-oriented and enjoy both daily matters and long-term changes.
