Your role as Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat
As the Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you will be responsible for financial results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. You will lead your team towards achieving your pharmacy's financial goals. To reach these goals, you will coach and motivate your staff in their daily work and development. In this role, you will contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience towards improving the health of our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

Welcome to Region 16, Götaland West, and our pharmacy at ICA Maxi Ljungby. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of 19 other pharmacy managers where we have great collaboration and an open environment. It's important to us to have fun together and to always support each other.
We are currently looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead and further develop our pharmacy at ICA Maxi Ljungby.
I am looking for someone who is highly engaged, communicative, and has strong collaboration skills. You are driven by results, flexible, and always keep the big picture in mind to ensure a good working environment where everyone is included.
At the pharmacy, there are 3 pharmacists (plus the pharmacy manager) and three self-care advisors who are waiting for you.
We are open from 8 AM to 8 PM every day of the week, which makes us act as a standby pharmacy while other pharmacies in the area close earlier.
The position is a permanent employment, with start date to be agreed upon.
Are you the one we are looking for?
We are seeking someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career and want to develop your leadership skills, or you are an experienced leader. You recognize yourself in the following descriptions:
