We value you and offer development throughout your professional career. **About Us** The Chief Physician Department is one of the staff departments within Närhälsan, employing 22 staff members with diverse expertise. We are located at Närhälsan's four offices in Borås, Gothenburg, Skövde, and Vänersborg. Each office has a chief physician, a development leader for patient safety, and a pharmacist. The department also includes a safety unit. We are responsible for health-promoting healthcare and mental health initiatives. We are currently seeking a pharmacist to join Närhälsan's Chief Physician Department; including you, we will be six pharmacists handling all matters related to pharmaceuticals. **About the Role** As a pharmacist, your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing prescriptions at the healthcare centers. You will also provide support to managers and operations regarding pharmaceutical issues, where you will inform about prescribing patterns, present the REK list, and share updates in the pharmaceutical field, as well as participate in training sessions aimed at Närhälsan staff. The role involves participation in the administration's strategic pharmaceutical work, such as quality reviews of medication management and procedures. You will take part in Närhälsan's pharmaceutical council and various regional assignments within the pharmaceutical area. The work also includes collaboration with other staff departments at Närhälsan and cooperation with other administrations within the Västra Götaland region or authorities. **About You** You are a licensed pharmacist with experience working in the field. Experience in monitoring and training is advantageous, as is experience in public sector work. Your tasks will involve writing reports and creating presentations, as well as collaborating with various parties, so you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge of Excel. As a person, you are structured, able to work independently, and take initiative. You have a systematic approach to work and strong integrity. Furthermore, you possess analytical skills, are meticulous, and flexible. Close collaboration with others within and outside the administration requires strong teamwork abilities, a humble attitude, and sensitivity to others' needs.
