About the Role
Movant is seeking a dedicated APL Coordinator for a labor market training program in Lund. As the APL Coordinator, you will be a vital link between education and the labor market. The position involves building and maintaining long-term collaborations with industry companies and ensuring that each participant receives the best possible guidance. Through regular follow-ups and workplace visits, you will create a strong and quality-assured connection between education and the real job market.
To be a good fit for this role, you have a natural ability to create and nurture relationships and enjoy working in a supportive capacity. With your structured working style and commitment, you will help participants achieve their goals and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
