Job Opening: Lodging Service Manager in Trysil As Lodging Service Manager in Trysil, you will have operational responsibility for our lodging service department at the destination. This involves being responsible for cleaning and maintenance of cabins and apartments in the area, with the goal of ensuring a high-quality guest experience. You will lead a team and ensure they work efficiently with daily operations, follow-up, and quality assurance. You will ensure compliance with agreements, quality, and delivery levels, and continuously work to improve processes and optimize routines. The position involves responsibility for budget and forecasts, as well as analysis and improvement of processes to optimize operations and service. You will report to SkiStar's Area Manager for Lodging Service and work in close collaboration and dialogue with other managers at the destination. Responsibilities and Tasks - Lead and manage personnel in Lodging Service in Trysil - Be responsible for results, budget, and forecasts for lodging service in Trysil - Ensure guest experience of quality for our rental cabins and apartments in Trysil - Ensure agreements and purchases align with SkiStar's objectives - Coordinate with other departments and destinations within SkiStar - Continuously monitor service and quality levels We are seeking a person with several years of experience in operational management within service, lodging, property management, or facility management. You have the ability to drive development, create structure, and work in a solution-oriented manner. You also have a strong customer focus and a desire to deliver first-class service. Requirements - Several years of work experience in the field - Experience working with and following up on external suppliers and agreements - Experience with personnel administration and coaching teams towards common goals - Good financial knowledge and experience with budget and result responsibility Merits - Experience in property services or similar industry The position is a permanent role with a start date to be agreed upon.
