About this role

We are now seeking a Responsible for Process and System Support in Supplier Management to strengthen our ability to deliver on our mission. Svenska kraftnät is one of the most important actors in a sustainable energy transition. This role is one of Sweden's most crucial procurement positions, where you will contribute to Sweden's electricity supply every day. Svenska kraftnät is in an expansive phase characterized by major investments aimed at expanding and renewing Sweden's electricity transmission grid to meet the energy transition. The Procurement function is organizationally placed within the Common Functions division, which supports the entire agency. The division also includes communication, HR, legal department, security and preparedness, property and sustainability, and the procurement department. About the Position The role is responsible for establishing, driving, and developing Svenska kraftnät's processes and system support for supplier management. The role coordinates and ensures that supplier controls, risk processes, and continuous follow-up are carried out in a structured and efficient manner. The position will also include: • Implementing and managing system support (e.g., SRM system). The role also involves driving integration with other processes and systems in close collaboration with Sustainability. • Establishing, documenting, and maintaining processes for supplier controls, risk assessment, and follow-up in close cooperation with sustainability and other business units. • Ensuring supplier controls are conducted (financial stability, sustainability, quality, compliance). • Developing key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting routines for supplier risks and delivery follow-up. • Serving as an internal contact point between procurement, sustainability, legal, security, finance, IT, and the business in matters related to supplier management processes. • Being the process owner for supplier management. • Driving improvement projects to strengthen supplier collaboration and reduce risk exposure. • Supporting category managers and supplier coordinators with analyses, documentation, and risk assessments. About You Mandatory Requirements: Personal Characteristics: As a person, you are relationship-building both internally and externally and have high collaborative ability. You act commercially in your decisions and advice and are attentive to the organization's needs. You have a holistic view of the business and strong personal drive and ability to deliver on time and achieve set goals. Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills and experience working with data, KPIs, and risk models. Last but not least, you are structured and process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvements. You also have good technical understanding and are interested in working with system support and digitalization. Education: Academic degree in procurement, economics, law, logistics, technology, or equivalent practical experience.
