We offer a guaranteed full-time position for those completing their education in 2025 and obtaining a full diploma from: The Health and Care Program at Mora High School. The position is as a nursing assistant or support assistant, depending on your educational background, and begins with a six-month probationary period. Initially, you will be employed at the Staffing Center but will work in areas where there is a need. This means you will have the opportunity to try several different workplaces and gain experience from residential homes or home care groups. You need to be flexible and willing to change workplaces and find it exciting. When vacancies arise in regular operations, your employment will be transferred there. Start date for nursing assistants and support assistants is January 12 or by agreement. Your assignment Nursing Assistant As a nursing assistant, you play an important role in direct contact with our clients, providing personal care and service efforts that make a difference in their daily lives. You work to provide good care with great consideration for the individual needs of the clients. You perform tasks delegated by licensed personnel and document according to the Social Services Act. Our ambition is for you to develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues. Educational requirement: Health and Care Program at the high school level or through vocational adult education. Support Assistant The role of the support assistant is to be part of the daily work to help individuals maintain good living conditions based on various circumstances and needs. The tasks involve providing support and care to individuals with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities. You perform tasks delegated by licensed personnel and document according to the Social Services Act. The goal is for the individual to become as independent as possible, manage daily life, and experience a functioning social existence. Educational requirement: Health and Care Program at the high school level or through vocational adult education. Requirements to be eligible for the offer: - You must be approved in all courses required for graduation - You must be approved by supervisors during all APL periods (workplace-based learning) - You must have a Class B driver's license (only applicable for employment as a nursing assistant/support assistant) We warmly welcome your application!
