Second Line/Helpdesk
Role Description
We are seeking a Second Line/Helpdesk Consultant (Level 2) who will take responsibility for advanced support and troubleshooting in client, server, and cloud environments. Scope: 100%. Work method: on-site.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle escalated cases via ticketing system, phone, and remote control.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues in Windows and macOS environments.
• Perform user administration and rights management in Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
• Maintain system services including local AD, DNS, and RDS.
• Document solutions and improve routines, knowledge databases, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with operations, network, and system management teams.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of IT support experience, including some at Second Line level.
• Strong ability to explain technical solutions clearly and pedagogically.
• Experience with client management and basic infrastructure.
• Excellent Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, SharePoint Admin Center.
• OneDrive/SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook/Office and Teams.
• Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Server environments incl. local AD, domain controllers, and RDS.
• Windows 7/10/11 and macOS.
• DNS management, e.g., via external providers.
• Plesk-based hosting.
• Dropbox.
• IT documentation tools like IT Glue or equivalent.
