The Bid Consultant Role As a Bid Consultant at Urgently in Malmö, you will have comprehensive responsibility for the entire bidding process - from identifying relevant procurement opportunities to submitting and following up on winning bids. You will work closely with our bid specialists and procurement experts to ensure each bid meets the highest quality standards. Your tasks will include: • Monitoring and analyzing public and private procurement opportunities • Interpreting requirements and developing bidding strategies • Structuring, writing, and quality assuring bid documents • Coordinating between customer, supplier, and internal resources • Ensuring bids meet all requirements and guidelines • Following up and analyzing results for continuous improvement Who You Are You enjoy structure, language, and delivering results. You thrive in driving processes from start to finish and easily collaborate with both customers and authorities.
