**Job Description**
We are seeking an assembly leader for work on regional and transmission networks 40-400 kV with a focus on AMS at ONE Nordic AB. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and national team within AMS at voltage levels up to 400 kV. We see you as a natural leader with excellent technical knowledge in the profession.
**Your main responsibilities:**
- Lead AMS assignments (40-400 kV) in the field as an assembly leader
- Preparatory project work within regional and transmission networks, including calculations and materials, establishment, etc.
- Troubleshooting, with some on-call duty included.
- Part of the training team for the rod method and bare-hand method
- Driving the training of other assemblers.
- The position involves travel.
**Who are you?**
You have a background as a construction assembler within high voltage networks, regional and transmission networks, and AMS training within regional networks equivalent to E3 is a requirement. Bare-hand competence within AMS is not mandatory, but we see it as a significant advantage. A strong interest in AMS and the desire to develop the industry as well as yourself is essential.
As a person, you are social, proactive, and structured. You have the ability to work both independently and in a team. To meet the requirements of the position, it is also important that you have a strong safety mindset and are commercially minded in your actions. A B driver's license is required, and a BE driver's license is an advantage. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good skills in English, both spoken and written.
