You will also be part of a team where you work closely with a colleague as a mentor for a class. We have a staffed Resource Center that supports students who need a smaller, more focused learning environment, as assessed by our student health team. We work in subject teams, work teams, and through close collaboration between teaching staff and personnel with other competencies such as school nurses, career counselors, and school management. In your new role, you will be part of a subject team with teachers in practical and aesthetic subjects, closely collaborating to ensure good progression for all students. Your Competence We are seeking a qualified teacher with a teaching degree for grades 7-9, specialized in Crafts. Those who have not yet received their certification or are completing their education are also welcome to apply. It is important that you can create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Being a good role model, having clear expectations for students, and being initiative-driven in pedagogical work are crucial. You should have the ability to recognize students' different needs, consider their individual circumstances, and help students grow, develop, and achieve good results. Being confident in the teaching role and feeling pride in your work are also important qualities. Personal suitability will be heavily considered.
