The scope of the position is between 80%-100%, and working hours are scheduled during office hours on weekdays. The start date is immediate. Your main responsibilities You will work in: - Reception - Office services - Conference - Switchboard This mainly involves being the face of different companies and actively working on providing excellent customer service in all situations! The work as a receptionist also demands an outgoing personality, a sense of service, and good problem-solving skills. You are resilient under stress, driven, and capable of taking initiative. You enjoy meeting people and have an easy time building trust. Requirements: - High school diploma - Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - No criminal record. No prior experience is necessary; you will receive training from us and our clients!
