Start is immediate. A requirement is that you must be able to work on December 22, 23, 29, 30, and January 2; public holidays are days off. Your Primary Work Tasks You will work within: - Reception - Office services - Conference management - Switchboard operations This primarily means being the face of various companies and actively working with excellent customer service in all situations! Who Are You? The position requires high flexibility, as schedule changes often occur. The receptionist role also demands an outgoing personality, service-mindedness, and strong problem-solving skills. You are stress-resistant, driven, and able to take initiative. You enjoy interacting with people and are skilled at building trust. Requirements: - High school diploma - Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Clean criminal record No prior experience is needed; you will receive training with us and our customers!
