YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
As a traveling receptionist, you will help our clients during temporary needs and peak work periods, providing you with broad industry experience and the chance to test working at various workplaces. Our clients operate across multiple industries, so you may be stationed at everything from a newly started design company to a successful law firm. In this role, you'll have an amazing opportunity to build your CV, get inspired by different industries, and develop a valuable professional network. Who knows, maybe one of your assignments could lead to a permanent position with the company you're booked with eventually. The possibilities are enormous!
YOUR ROLE
Your tasks will be within office services and may include:
• Receiving visitors in the reception area
• Switchboard, phone, and email management
• Preparing for meetings/events and ordering lunches and pastries
• Mail and messenger service
• Ensuring kitchen and office spaces are clean and welcoming
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative tasks
As a traveling receptionist, you will have scheduled fixed times but also be ready to help our clients with short notice when needed.
WHO ARE YOU?

• You have previous experience in service, such as from retail or restaurants
• Previous international study or work experience is meritorious
• You are unpretentious, flexible, and solution-oriented

• You enjoy working at a high pace with varying tasks
• You strive to always do a little extra
• You have a curious mind and good social ability to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks
• You can speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
• You have a high school education
