Ambulance Operations The ambulance service under NU Healthcare covers the entire catchment area, from the west coast and Bohuslän to the beautiful landscape of Dalsland with its stunning nature, including forests, mountains, and lakes. The Trestad East department has an ambulance station at NÄL as well as an assessment vehicle station in Lilla Edet. As an ambulance nurse in the ambulance service, you will be offered a free and varied role. You will work in a team with strong cohesion and a positive work environment. The ambulance service is committed to continuous improvement and has systems and routines for patient follow-up, recurring internal training and exercises, collaborative assignments with other healthcare providers, and excellent opportunities for further education with financial support. Qualifications Certified nursing assistant with additional training in ambulance care. Approved emergency driver training by NU Healthcare. Experience in emergency care is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, flexibility, the ability to work independently, and social competence. You must have good physical capacity; tests are included in the recruitment process. A valid driver's license with at least C1 category is required, or alternatively, a B driver's license obtained before 1996 with an exemption.
