Versatile Carpenter

With us, you'll experience a varied workday where you'll build, repair, and ensure our properties maintain high standards. The work encompasses everything from renovations and maintenance to simpler painting, plumbing, and electrical jobs – no two days are alike. We are a family-owned housing and forestry company with approximately 700 apartments in Huskvarna, Nässjö, Sävsjö, Aneby, Forserum, and Falköping, as well as 4,000 hectares of forest in the Småland highlands. We are growing quickly while maintaining the feeling of a smaller company with short decision-making paths and high engagement. A typical day might start with a kitchen replacement and suddenly switch to a more urgent matter, such as a leak or a door that needs adjustment. You'll plan independently, prioritize, and solve what needs to be done – with us, you have the freedom to think and act on your own. You'll work both independently and in small groups of two to three people. In total, there are six people with similar roles, and you'll support each other as needed. We are looking for someone with carpentry experience who enjoys practical, varied work. Experience with plumbing, electrical work, or painting is meritorious but not required.
