Job Responsibilities
As a field sales representative, you will focus on identifying and building long-term relationships with new customers. You will also develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers in your assigned customer base. The company places great importance on creating good and long-term customer relationships.
You will work with our entire product portfolio and be responsible for the entire sales process. You will book meetings, develop and present customized solutions. You will have support from the company's various support functions, such as our Sales Support department and CRM system.
As a field sales representative, you will work towards your individual sales target.
You will be based at our store in Gävle, with your district covering Gävle and its surrounding areas.
Desired Qualifications and Personal Characteristics
You are an open, positive, and goal-oriented person who enjoys working at a high pace and juggling multiple tasks. You have high social competence, meaning you easily connect with people. The work involves largely planning your own working hours, so you must be self-driven and disciplined. You work individually but understand the importance of being part of a larger team and being a true team player.
To fit the role, you must have a strong service mindset and a genuine interest in sales with satisfied customers.
Experience and Qualifications
Sales experience is required for the position.
Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Proficiency in the Office package is meritorious.
Driving license (B) is required.
