About Us:
AuraDent Invisalign Center Liseberg, located just a stone's throw from Korsvägen in Gothenburg. As our name suggests, we focus extensively on orthodontics, primarily Invisalign. We have quickly become a leading Invisalign provider, offering treatments with the Comprehensive system to provide patients with the best possible care and results. Our clinic welcomes patients into a relaxing lounge with modern interiors and features five treatment rooms. Our Gothenburg team consists of three general dentists, three dental nurses, and a receptionist.
We are now seeking an additional dentist to expand our fantastic team. Join us on an exciting and developmental adventure!
Who Are We Looking For and What Can We Offer You?
We are seeking someone with a passionate interest in orthodontics and aligners who wants to grow within the field. Previous Invisalign certification or extensive experience with aligner systems is advantageous. Professional development is a crucial part of our operations for all team members, and we expect you to be comfortable working delegatively with your team and involving them in daily patient interactions. Your own professional development is also a high priority, with ongoing opportunities for courses and certifications. It's important to us that all employees have a voice, are heard, and feel included. Patient experience is our top priority, and we always strive to provide that extra care patients might be missing from other dental providers. Therefore, we seek someone who is highly service-oriented, humble, and empathetic. We are a growing business in a development phase, offering space to influence and participate in our organizational growth. As a dentist, we expect you to be responsible, meticulous, and confident in your dental role.
In Addition to the Above Competencies, We Seek Someone Who:
· Holds Swedish dental authorization
· Has at least one year of experience
· Is fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
· Previous experience in aesthetic dentistry is advantageous
· Invisalign certification/experience with aligners is advantageous
Employment Type and Commencement
We offer a full-time position (100%). We are conducting an ongoing selection process, with placement by mutual agreement.
