You preferably have prior experience and an interest in mentoring. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and additional language skills are considered an asset. Experience with the Cosmic journal system is advantageous. In your role as a general practitioner, you lead and mentor others with a respectful and positive approach.
