At Capio Healthcare Center Broby, you'll have a varied job meeting patients of all ages – from young children to seniors – handling both scheduled and urgent visits. You'll work closely with nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, rehabilitation coordinator, and psychosocial resource, and we love thinking together! Our rounds are conducted in teams, where you as a doctor and nurse assess patients together – to capture the full picture. We believe in life balance, so you have the opportunity to influence your schedule and work from home on certain days. We use the digital tool Tandem for documentation – medical records, referrals, and sick notes – which makes work smooth and efficient. And if you enjoy sharing your knowledge, there may also be an opportunity to mentor junior doctors.
