WORK TASKS
You will become part of a team tasked with carrying out assignments and conducting change work in individuals' and families' own home environments. The work includes supportive interventions, both individually and in groups. The position is primarily focused on providing support regarding use/risk use and dependency on alcohol and drugs, but also gambling, etc. When possible, some family treatment work will also be relevant. For example, you will work supportively for placed children regarding visitation and in the home relocation process. This includes families where various forms of violence have occurred and where there is psychosocial problematic. Some assignments may be scheduled during evenings and weekends, and solo work is common. In line with the new Social Services Act, Open Care will be part of a unit where preventive work will be developed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education in dependency that the employer finds suitable
Possess a B driver's license
Experience in family treatment is merited
Experience with authority exercise within IFO is merited
You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy and respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and reward others' contributions.
You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions.
