Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Nyköping

We are now seeking an alcohol and drug counselor for our operations in Nyköping. We are looking for an engaged and stable individual who wants to contribute to sustainable change, where relationships and collaboration are at the forefront.
About the Position
As an alcohol and drug counselor with us, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues in a team characterized by trust and commitment. The work is hourly-based and includes evening and weekend shifts.
You will:
- Plan, follow up, and execute interventions based on individual implementation plans
- Collaborate with colleagues, social services, and other partners
- Document and perform simpler investigations as needed
- Support clients in their daily lives, focusing on motivation, structure, and relapse prevention
- Work using methods such as MI, CRA, ASI, ESL, relapse prevention, and HAP
We are looking for someone who:
- Has post-secondary education, for example, treatment educator or social educator
- Has experience working with substance abuse, addiction, and/or mental health issues
- Is a responsive and stable person with the ability to build professional relationships
- Holds a valid driver's license (Category B)
- It is advantageous if you have training in MI, ASI, CRA, ESL, relapse prevention, or criminality as a lifestyle.

Practical Information
Location: Nyköping
Employment Type: Hourly position (days, evenings, and weekends)
Start Date: By agreement (as soon as possible)
