Are you interested in working with investigation and administration in a role where accuracy, service, and quality are at the center? Do you have experience with sick leave pension administration? Would you like to be part of a secure and caring team where knowledge is shared and developed over time? Then you might be the person we're looking for in Alecta's Private Customer Sick Pension group.
About the Role
The Customer Department consists of approximately 100 knowledgeable and committed employees. There are six different groups, and you will belong to the Private Customer Sick Pension group. You will work closely with colleagues within the Customer department. Over time, your tasks may be adapted to meet the department's needs.
As a sick pension administrator, you will investigate and manage cases that are not automatically processed in our systems. You will work with ITP sick pension, and your mission is to ensure that each customer receives the correct compensation based on applicable regulations and agreements. In practice, this means carefully investigating deviations, dialoguing with both customers and employers via phone and email, and making decisions based on clear guidelines. The role therefore requires structure, precision, and good communication skills.
You will not make medical decisions, as these are already determined by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Instead, you will focus on issues related to salary, compensation levels, payment periods, and other insurance case conditions. This is a complex area where quality weighs more heavily than speed, and where it takes time to build secure and sustainable expertise. We expect it will take a couple of years before you are fully independent in the role, which makes previous experience in sick pension or related occupational pension administration valuable.
You will become part of an experienced and cohesive group of 19 colleagues of various ages and backgrounds in the field. The team includes training managers, business specialists, and colleagues who partially work with our agile development teams.
Who Are You?
To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer candidates with previous experience in sick pension or related occupational pension administration.
You work systematically and carefully, with a professional and friendly approach that makes customers feel safe and understood. The role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases methodically.
While a post-secondary education is meritorious, the most important factors are the right experience, understanding of the field, and an interest in contributing to work where quality, care, and precision are central.
