About the Position As a service technician at MAXAGV, you will be responsible for performing service and installation work for our customers, both in Sweden and internationally. You will work from home and have access to a service vehicle, tools, and equipment from MAXAGV to perform your work efficiently and professionally. After an introduction and internal training, including field guidance with an experienced technician, you will work on: • Planned and preventive service of our AGV systems • Troubleshooting and resolving operational disruptions in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems • Installation of battery charging and navigation systems at customer sites • Conducting training for customers and partners in AGV system usage and service • Identifying customer needs and opportunities for additional service contract and spare parts sales As a service technician, you are an important ambassador for MAXAGV and contribute to creating long-term and satisfied customer relationships through high-quality service and professional approach. About You We are looking for someone with experience in workshop technology and/or electrical engineering, preferably with several years of background as a service technician or in a similar role. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks, work efficiently, and have good problem-solving skills. You are handy, structured, and have a professional demeanor – always with the customer's needs in focus. It is meritorious if you have education in automation or previous experience working with automated systems. Perhaps you currently work with manual truck service and are curious about stepping into the automation world – or you have an automation background and want to combine it with practical mechanical work. To succeed in the role, you need: • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Class B driver's license • Willingness to travel for work, primarily within Sweden, but also internationally – travels occur regularly and may involve overnight stays for several consecutive days Application Does this sound like the right role for you?
