About the Position
As an agile product owner in the pharmaceutical area, you will be part of a cross-functional development team where you hold overall responsibility for the team's backlog, priorities, and direction moving forward. You will work closely with other agile product owners, product managers, and leadership roles to ensure high delivery capability and that we are working towards common goals.
You are responsible for ensuring that the team is working on the right things at the right time, while continuously communicating with the product's users to capture needs and translate them into value-creating development. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate work with both internal and external stakeholders and drive multiple initiatives in parallel within a complex environment with many dependencies.
You will belong to the pharmaceutical department. We are approximately 150 employees within digital development, service development, and research. The department is responsible for providing services that enable safe and cost-effective medication management for healthcare, pharmacies, and residents.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and builds good relationships at all levels of the organization. You take significant personal responsibility for your work, are goal-oriented, and come up with ideas on how the business can develop. It is natural for you to see things from a holistic perspective, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where you manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience
• At least three years of current experience leading and motivating development teams
• Relevant work experience from the healthcare or pharmacy sector
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage for the position if you have:
• Current experience with agile methodologies.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The placement for the position is Kalmar or Stockholm. The work may involve business travel, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.
