We are now seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Developer for our client in Oskarshamn – a key role in the development and implementation of central systems and processes.
**About the Role**
As a Business Analyst / Business Developer, you will be an integral part of the team driving the implementation of the client's central IT systems and digital solutions. You will act as the link between business and technology – responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and driving improvement initiatives in close collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
You will, among other things:
- Support and collaborate with project managers in ongoing development initiatives
- Analyze business needs and convert them into technical solutions
- Serve as a liaison between business, IT, and the project organization
- Contribute to the modernization and streamlining of the IT landscape
- Utilize tools such as Sparx EA and preferably Aris for process modeling
**Your Profile**
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer
- A strong understanding of both business processes and technical environments
- Experience with Sparx EA (mandatory) and preferably Aris
- Experience in project management or close collaboration with project managers
- Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
You are communicative, analytical, and skilled at creating structure and clarity in complex environments. The role requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive improvement work with both technical and business acumen.
