Business Strategy Specialist and Transaction Advisor in Real Estate

We are looking for a Business Strategy Specialist and Transaction Advisor within the real estate sector for our client. Current Situation: The client needs support to initiate the development of a property in Gothenburg with the aim of facilitating a future divestment. The property is currently in use for its own operations, but there are long-term plans to relocate to other sites, which opens up for alternative uses and sales. Assignment Description: The purpose of this assignment is to develop a decision-making basis for the board concerning future divestment. You will assist with analysis and advice regarding possible business arrangements, including: - Current situation description based on existing material (some supplementation may be needed) - Description and evaluation of alternative business arrangements, including implications for purchase price, cash flow, resource needs from the client, etc. - Decision support for the selection of the business model and recommendations for the continued process The assignment may conclude with a presentation of proposals for the business arrangements for decision-making. Mandatory Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and strategic consulting related to real estate development - At least 3 years of experience in transaction management, including negotiation and structuring of business arrangements - Knowledge of detailed planning processes and urban development, preferably with experience from the Gothenburg region - Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including legal, financial, and real estate functions Desirable Qualifications: - Experience working with public entities, where specific requirements for transparency and decision-making material may apply - Experience from similar assignments Your Application: Does this role sound interesting and suitable?
