BAE Systems Hägglunds is recruiting a Business Controller! **Your Future Challenge** As a Business Controller, you will combine traditional controller tasks with proactively developing your area of responsibility to align with the organization's business goals. You will work alongside the department manager and be part of their management team. Functionally, you will report to the CFO. Through your forecasts, calculations, and analyses, you will contribute to ensuring the results and development of the organization towards established goals. The Business Controller is the link to Finance within the function and is responsible for financial tasks across the function. The Business Controller leads the function's work on financial plans and forecasts and acts as the Risk Manager for the function. **You Will:** - Work with ongoing financial planning and drive budget and forecasting efforts - Work on investment projects - Support and challenge the line organization to meet profitability and other requirements through relevant analyses, conducted risk assessments, leadership, and control - Participate in monthly closing processes - Identify and contribute to increasing focus on efficiencies and cost awareness - Develop financial models, routines, and processes - Drive and participate in ad-hoc projects and act as an expert in financial matters **Who You Are** We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance or a technical education with a financial focus. You have several years of experience in a similar role with solid experience in independent, business-oriented controller work and working with business and financial systems. Experience from a manufacturing environment is a plus. You may also have experience as a CFO and now wish to work closer to the operational side of the business. You are able to work both broadly and with attention to detail, and you can communicate your results fluently in both Swedish and English. You have excellent Excel skills. Experience with SAP is desirable. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in your skills and as a person. You are driven, proactive, and can quickly grasp complex contexts and tasks. You are a skilled analyst who can understand and solve complex issues and convey the conclusions to others.
