Business Controller

Are you an experienced Business Controller who thrives in a data-driven environment and wants to work closely with both accounting and business operations? We are now seeking a senior Business Controller for an international company with operations in Malmö. About the Role As a Business Controller, you will be a key person in planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with colleagues in Financial Planning & Reporting and participate in special projects together with the Accounting Business Partner. The role is both analytical and forward-looking – you will contribute to developing processes and driving the business through data, structure, and business insight. Your main tasks include: - Compilation, consolidation, and reporting of income statements and balance sheets - Planning and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans - Driving improvement work through standardization, automation, and digitalization - Participation in projects related to financial planning and system development Who We Are Seeking We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a Business Controller in larger organizations. You are analytical, business-oriented, and enjoy working at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy. Requirements: - Experience in controlling and financial reporting - Strong knowledge of SAP, QlikSense, or similar BI tools - Experience with data standardization, automation, and visualization - Familiarity with using AI as a tool in analysis and reporting - Fluent in Swedish and English Location Malmö (possibility of partial remote work, approx. 25%) Scope Full-time, starting December 2025, assignment until December 2026
