Business Controller

Your New Role We are seeking an engaged and analytical Business Controller for an exciting assignment with one of our international customers in the transport and mobility sector. Here, you will become part of a European team working to shape future business models in a rapidly changing industry characterized by electrification, digitalization, and new ways of creating customer value. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and support the central Business Control function. You will work closely with management and actively contribute to driving business results and developing strategic insights. Examples of work tasks: - Analyze financial data and prepare decision-making materials and presentations - Identify opportunities and risks and contribute creative solutions - Participate in improvement projects and ad hoc initiatives - Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained and continuously optimize processes - Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to developing the business model in Europe To be successful in this role, you need: • An academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent • Several years of experience in controlling, business analysis, or similar role • Excellent Excel skills • Experience with SAP, Essbase, or Power BI is meritorious • Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Who Are You?
