Business Controller

Your New Role We are now seeking an experienced Business Controller focused on Operational Excellence for an assignment within a global R&D organization in Södertälje. In this role, you will be part of the management team and responsible for supporting the business in all financial processes, such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly follow-ups. You will actively contribute to driving continuous improvements, ensuring financial quality, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decisions. The position also involves preparing reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders, as well as collaborating closely with global and cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, you need to: - Have several years of experience, preferably eight to ten years or more, in financial controlling - Have strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into clear and actionable decision-making materials - Have extensive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, as well as good understanding of tools like EPM Cloud and SAP - Hold a master's degree in economics, business administration, or industrial engineering - Be fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Who Are You?
