At the Karlsborg factory, we develop and produce small-caliber ammunition for the military market. Approximately 270 people work at this location.

About the Role
Nammo Sweden consolidates Finance functions together with IT and business systems. Finance is divided into two functional tracks: Finance Control and Business Control. Finance Control is responsible for accounting and reporting. Business Control focuses on reporting and describing the expected and actual performance of the business, budget, and forecast, and supports decisions on customer orders and investments.
In this role, you will work closely with Business Controllers from other Nammo Sweden sites, Finance Control team members, and the Business Controller for the Small & Medium Caliber business area. You will also collaborate closely with the local management group and Nammo Sweden's cross-functional support services. The purpose of these collaborations is to support the continued development of continuously improved operations in Karlsborg. You will report to the Finance & IT Director for Nammo Sweden.
Example Tasks:
• Ensure accurate site reporting
• Develop metrics for site financial performance
• Contribute to goal achievement and continuous improvements
• Follow up, analyze, and present financial outcomes for the site
• Manage and develop site financial routines
• Support work on site calculations for customer orders, investments, and projects
• Lead the process for site budgeting, strategic planning, and forecasting
• Contribute to site business system usage development
• Contribute to uniform financial processes within Nammo Sweden
Our Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you need a university degree in finance. You have at least three years of controlling experience in a manufacturing environment, working with production and product cost models, tracking production deviations, customer order and investment calculations, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in a matrix organization is valuable. Additionally, you have good knowledge of business system structure and logic and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are proactive and initiative-taking with a desire to succeed together with others. You are communicative, adept at establishing new contacts, and driven to develop networks within Nammo Sweden and the Nammo Group. Your working style is structured, and you continuously strive to find better solutions that combine business area perspectives and requirements with site conditions and needs.
