We hope you feel the same. Who You Are As a Business Manager with us, you'll have a broad and developmental role with responsibility for both business and people. You'll build and nurture relationships with customers, IT specialists, and partners. You'll attract and recruit new colleagues, match the right competence with the right assignment, and ensure our consultants are doing well – both at work and outside of it. You'll have management responsibility for a number of senior IT specialists, following their development, motivation, and life balance. This involves coaching, supporting, and creating the right conditions for them to succeed in their assignments. You'll also have ongoing contact with customers and suppliers, manage contract dialogues, and ensure that both assignments and business dealings are handled correctly. This is a role for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a tight-knit team. You like people, you're fearless in conversations, and you gain energy from doing business that feels good in your gut. Your Experience To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you already have a solid foundation. We're looking for someone who: • Has previous experience in recruitment, preferably of consultants or IT specialists. • Has worked in the IT industry and understands how competencies, assignments, and customer needs are interconnected. • Is accustomed to building and maintaining long-term relationships with both customers and employees. Although we like structure and clear goals, we also appreciate when one can laugh about a packed day, take a step back, and perhaps go skiing when the sun is shining and the calendar allows.
