Your Role:
You will become part of a competent and dedicated team of ten employees located in Tannefors, Linköping. Together, the group is responsible for developing, maintaining, and creating value for Aeronautics in the IFS Applications business system. We use IFS for development, manufacturing, delivery, and support of our products. The team works closely with the business and has a shared focus on continuously improving system support and processes. The team has expertise in method support, method development, and solution architecture.
As a Business Analyst, you will have a varied and developmental assignment where you combine technical understanding with insight into business flows and improvement work. You will need to be well-informed and knowledgeable about your areas of responsibility in IFS Applications, both in current and upcoming releases. You will implement system changes and, when necessary, drive requirements and testing together with developers to ensure that the system supports business needs, functions efficiently, and evolves in line with organizational goals.
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone with good knowledge of IFS Applications and manufacturing business processes, from production planning to production reporting. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, have an analytical approach, and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions. We value good collaboration and communication skills, as well as a genuine interest in understanding and meeting user needs.
You will:
* Be responsible for and further develop manufacturing functionality in IFS Applications
* Participate in and drive improvement projects and change initiatives
* Ensure the system is used optimally and supports business processes
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, business representatives, and external suppliers
* Manage incidents, orders, and system updates
* Contribute to documentation, procedures, and user support
We are seeking candidates with relevant post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
