To strengthen our central management, we are now looking for a Business & Strategy Coordinator – a person who wants to be close to decision-making, drive structure, and create order in a fast-paced environment with big ideas.
About the Role
As a Business & Strategy Coordinator, you will be a key person in the management's work. You will:
• Support management in strategic projects, follow-ups, and prioritization
• Coordinate communication between companies, partners, and international contacts
• Create structure in business plans, reports, and meeting processes
• Prepare decision-making materials and follow up on the group's key initiatives
• Represent the group in contact with external actors and collaborators
This is a role for someone who thrives in the heart of business – among people, numbers, and visions – and who wants to help transform complex ideas into clear, actionable, and successful outcomes.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of structure
• Possesses strong business acumen and can think both strategically and operationally
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English (mandatory)
• Ideally knows Danish, German, or French (advantageous)
• Is confident, proactive, and has high integrity
• Thrives in an environment where every day is different – and where real impact is made
• Holds a relevant university degree in economics, management, or communication.

Recruitment Process

The process consists of two interviews, a work sample, and the collection of three references. The work sample is tailored based on the current duties of the role and aims to provide both parties with a clear picture of collaboration, structure, and working methods.
