WHAT WE OFFER
In this role, you will have a key position in developing our operations, which include some of Sweden's most well-known educational brands: Calle Flygare Theatre School, Kulturama, Stockholm Tailoring Academy, Påhlmans Business Institute, and Medborgarskolan. You will report directly to the Adult Education School Director and have a central role in our organization.
You will have significant influence in determining our initiatives and how we develop our educational offerings. This is a role for someone who, with curiosity and energy, has the ability to see solutions and create something new.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Business Developer, you will play a central role in developing vocational higher education, art and cultural education, and company-tailored adult education.
You will lead application processes and be actively involved in writing applications to agencies such as the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education (MYH).
You will continuously stay informed through monitoring the external environment and trend analysis to identify new needs and collaborations. Networking with companies, industry organizations, and cultural institutions is a crucial part of the work.
You will support operational managers and experts, lead development processes, and contribute to strategic decisions regarding educational offerings, business areas, and long-term growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking an experienced and driven individual with a background in developing adult education from initial idea and needs analysis to content, collaborations, and implementation.
You have multiple years of independent, successful experience in submitting applications to the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education (MYH), with applications resulting in approvals. You naturally have a thorough understanding of regulations, processes, and quality criteria. We also require excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
Experience working with art and cultural education or company-tailored education is considered advantageous.
We seek someone with the ability to analyze current situations, initiate forward paths, and establish a structure for transforming ideas into concrete results - a task you enthusiastically drive in collaboration with colleagues.
