About the Position: We are now seeking our first dedicated business developer/sales professional in events. This is a key role responsible for driving sales and developing our event operations. You will become an important part of our continued growth and have significant opportunities to make an impact. In this role, you will work with proactive B2B sales targeting companies wanting to create professional and memorable events – from trade shows and sponsorship activations to customer events and special productions. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and follow-up. This role combines sales drive, business acumen, and intuition. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships, and create collaborations that lead to long-term business. Primary Responsibilities: • Prospect, book, and conduct meetings with new and existing customers, • Identify business opportunities and develop customer-tailored solutions, • Negotiate, present proposals, and close deals, • Collaborate with our project managers and delivery teams to ensure quality and delivery, • Develop customer relationships and build long-term partnerships. You will work closely with our project managers and report to our CEO. Location: Falun (with flexibility possible for the right candidate). About You: You are an experienced and business-driven sales professional with a background in the event, trade show, or experience industry. With a strong business network and documented B2B sales experience, you know how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals. You are proactive, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can combine business acumen with creativity. At the same time, you are humble and comfortable in an environment of close collaboration, mutual support, and problem-solving – whether presenting to a CEO or rolling up your sleeves on-site for an event. Your Background: To succeed in the role, you need to have: • An established business network, • Ability to prospect, build relationships, and create profitable business, • Experience driving the entire sales process independently, • Very good digital proficiency, such as in Google Drive and cloud-based tools, • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
