AI Business School is building Sweden's most modern private educational provider – with international ambitions, high quality, and a clear vision: to educate the next generation of leaders in AI, business development, data, HR, and marketing.
We are now seeking a 360 Business Manager – a broad and dynamic role for those who want to work with business development, partnerships, recruitment, student relations, and close dialogue with the business community. A role where you own the entire process.
About the Role – A True 360-Degree Position
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire chain – from attracting the world's best educators to building strong partnerships and generating new student inflow.
You will be the hub between education, market, companies, and industries. You will build relationships, drive business, and ensure the school grows with the right quality.
Your Responsibilities (Broad & Concrete):
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Identify, attract, and recruit top lecturers, specialists, and educators – nationally and internationally.
• Conduct interviews, secure delivery levels and quality of our educational partners.
Student Acquisition & Community
• Work with strategies and activities to attract students to our 23 educational programs.
• Build student relationships, manage applications, and ensure a smooth journey from application to program start.
Business Development & Partnerships
• Create and develop collaborations with companies in tech, industry, finance, consulting, etc.
• Understand companies' competency needs and match them with our educational offerings.
• Drive dialogues with managers, HR, and decision-makers.
Industry Contacts & Sector Dialogue
• Ensure educational programs align with market needs.
• Coordinate internships, guest lecturers, cases, and projects with our partner companies.
Operational Project Management
• Coordinate activities before school start (23 programs, 5 cities).
• Maintain close dialogue with market, management, teachers, and students.
• Drive, follow up, and report results.
