This is where you come in! About the Role As a strategist with us, you will be an important player in Öresundskraft's strategic work. You will work closely with colleagues in Energy Systems & Strategy and contribute to shaping the energy solutions of the future. The role involves: • Compiling and analyzing data and information to create decision-making materials, reports, and presentations • Conducting market surveillance and trend analysis within the energy sector, urban development, and sustainability • Initiating and participating in strategic projects and activities • Contributing to translating complex issues into business and customer benefits You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues internally and external stakeholders. We believe you are: • Curious and eager to learn - you seek information, want to learn new things, and are happy to share knowledge • Structured and analytical - you easily identify patterns, work methodically, and can prioritize • Communicative and relationship-building - you build trust and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders • Independent - you drive issues forward and take responsibility for results Experience • Academic education, e.g., Master of Science in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent • At least 2-3 years of experience in the energy sector or related fields • Experience in project management and business development is an advantage Skills • System Understanding: Good understanding of the structure, function, and role of the energy system and energy market in societal development • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze the external environment, trends, and data to identify strategic choices • Communication Skills: Strong ability to express yourself clearly and engagingly in both spoken and written form, even on complex issues • Digital Competence: Good proficiency in the Office suite and digital analysis tools; experience with AI and data-driven methods is a plus What Do We Offer?
