As a Business Area Manager / Key Account Manager, you will be Scandtap's outward face towards architects, property developers, house manufacturers, kitchen and bathroom players, as well as professional departments within retail. You sell a concept, not just a product, and your task is to create value through advice, inspiration, and long-term collaborations. You will plan and conduct customer visits, presentations, and events. You will primarily operate between Halmstad, Stockholm, Norway, and Denmark, as well as other parts of the Nordic region, with the possibility of further expansion in Europe, thriving in a fast-paced environment with many meetings. Together with the existing organization and the development of the team in the business area, you will develop strategies for growth, map new opportunities, and nurture existing relationships. The role entails significant responsibility and a lot of freedom with business area accountability, where you lead your own segment and expanding team. The position involves many travel days. Who are you? You have experience in sales within the premium segment and preferably contact with the prescriptive sector; architects, the construction or design market. You are accustomed to traveling, building relationships, and representing a strong brand with a keen sense of touch. You combine business drive and structure with personal appeal and the ability to meet different target groups. You are self-sufficient, proactive, and confident in presenting both ideas and business proposals. Strategy, planning, and personal responsibility come naturally to you. We believe you are currently working in a similar role within furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, construction, or interior design and that you want to take the next step in a company with a clear direction and strong growth. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS - Strong connections within the architecture and construction industry - Experience in the Nordic market - Familiarity with representing a premium brand - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools - Fluent in Swedish and English – knowledge of Nordic languages is an advantage Is this your perfect match?
